Lots of material here to share, and will do so with the following video clips. Here are three clips of Sensei Ligo teaching -- the third one is quite long, its sound quality is poor (because of the fan next to the camera), but it is worth the wait if you're interested in Kyokushin-kan. The subsequent four clips represent the material taught during the seminar that Sensei Ligo promised seminar participants he would upload for their review. Please enjoy.
