The Herald Sun Newspaper ran THREE articles this weekend in the Sunday Metro section about Ligo Dojo. Please take a moment to check them out. This first one shows tournament results from the tournament we traveled to in Rochester, NY last weekend. The second one is about Nathan Ligo's history and philosophy for Ligo Dojo, and the third one is about one student's experience at Ligo Dojo.

In case there's any doubt or misunderstanding, this is 1991 (above). The ladder is near the Calloway Peak on the Grandfather ridge, and placed here permanently because the trail is too steep to climb. The spotters are pepared in case the 20-year-old Nathan Ligo falls, but they're not holding any of the barbell's weight.
